Proposition 21.12.23.73034E124A9A Let $\{ \varphi _ i\} _{i\in I}$ be a non-empty family in $\mathrm{PSH}_{\mathrm{tor}}(X,\omega )$ uniformly bounded from above. Then $\operatorname *{sup}_{i\in I}{}\! {}^{*} \varphi _ i\in \mathrm{PSH}_{\mathrm{tor}}(X,\omega )$ and
\[ F_{\operatorname *{sup}_{i\in I}{}\! {}^{*}\varphi _ i}=\bigvee _{i\in I}F_{\varphi _ i},\quad G_{\operatorname *{sup}_{i\in I}{}\! {}^{*}\varphi _ i}=\operatorname{cl}\bigwedge _{i\in I} G_{\varphi _ i}. \]
Moreover, if $I$ is finite, then
\[ G_{\max _{i\in I}\varphi _ i}=\bigwedge _{i\in I} G_{\varphi _ i}. \]
Similarly, if $\{ \varphi _ i\} _{i\in I}$ is a decreasing net in $\mathrm{PSH}_{\mathrm{tor}}(X,\omega )$ such that $\inf _{i\in I}\varphi _ i\not\equiv -\infty $, then $\inf _{i\in I}\varphi _ i\in \mathrm{PSH}_{\mathrm{tor}}(X,\omega )$ and
\[ F_{\inf _{i\in I}\varphi _ i}=\inf _{i\in I}F_{\varphi _ i},\quad G_{\inf _{i\in I}\varphi _ i}=\bigvee _{i\in I}G_{\varphi _ i}. \]
Proof.
Thanks to 21.11.13 and proposition 21.11.8, in both cases, the statement for $F$ is clear. The corresponding statement for $G$ is obtained via proposition 21.11.36. When $I$ is finite, the convex function $\bigvee _ i F_{\varphi _ i}$ is finite on all $N_{\mathbb R}$, hence closed. Therefore no additional closure is needed.
