Definition 16.8.10.5C5512F45CC2 Let $\varphi ,\psi \in \mathrm{QPSH}(X)$, we say $\varphi $ is $\mathcal{I}$-more singular than $\psi $ and write $\varphi \preceq _{\mathcal{I}} \psi $ if the equivalent conditions in proposition 16.8.9 are satisfied.
