Definition 5.16.10.6777DFC31EF1 Let $F\subseteq X$ be a non-empty irreducible analytic subset. Then we define the generic Lelong number of $\varphi $ along $F$ as

\[ \nu (\varphi ,F)\coloneqq \min _{x\in F}\nu (\varphi ,x). \]

Note that the minimum is attained by Siu's semicontinuity theorem theorem 5.16.7.
